Daniel leads the firm's business practice and acts as outside general counsel to companies across the Triangle, from construction and logistics to medical and dental practices.
The work runs from formation and operating agreements through to the sale of a business, with a steady stream of commercial contracts in between. Daniel also handles shareholder and partnership disputes, including matters before the North Carolina Business Court.
